Before you request a pickup.
How much does junk removal cost in Jacksonville?
Starting prices run from $119 for a simple single-item pickup to $679 for a full configured trailer load. Quarter-load and half-load prices start at $279 and $439. Final pricing depends on volume, weight, access, labor, and disposal requirements. Review the Jacksonville junk removal pricing for the assumptions behind each anchor.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day or next-day pickup may be available when the route has room, disposal hours allow it, and the job fits the remaining trailer capacity. Text photos to check the next opening. A pickup is scheduled only after Bermline confirms the arrival window.
Do mattresses, tires, or appliances cost extra?
Some mattresses, tires, refrigerant appliances, and other specialty items may carry disposal or handling charges. Identify these items in your photos. We confirm any additional charge on site, in writing, before work starts.
What happens to my stuff?
Metal is separated for a local scrap route when practical. Usable furniture goes to donation when the customer wants it and an organization accepts it. Remaining material is disposed at Jacksonville facilities, with landfill disposal last. See where the junk goes after pickup.
Are you a franchise?
No. Bermline is an independent, locally owned Jacksonville company. The founder built dump trailers for a living, and that hands-on background informs equipment selection, loading, and hauling operations.
What is included in the price?
Pricing can include routine labor, loading, transport, standard disposal, and a basic sweep of the defined work area. Unusual access, demolition, dense material, appliances, tires, extended travel, or other specialty handling are reviewed before work starts. The final price is confirmed on site, in writing, before the crew touches anything.
What will Bermline not take?
Bermline does not accept wet paint, solvents, fuels, oils, pesticides, pool chemicals, propane, explosives, ammunition, medical waste, asbestos, mercury, leaking batteries, or unidentified chemicals. Material acceptance must also follow the requirements of the selected disposal facility.
Can I get a quote from photos?
Yes. Clear photos can support an initial range for many standard jobs. Include the entire load, close views of heavy or unusual items, and the path from the items to the loading area. Send photos for a fast written quote. We confirm the final price on site, in writing, before we touch anything. No surprises after the work begins.
Can you take items from the curb, or do you come inside?
Both. Bermline can collect curbside-ready items or remove them from inside a home, garage, attic, or residential storage space when that labor is included in the written scope. Curbside-ready items may cost less when they materially reduce labor and access risk.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. For an outdoor or curbside pickup with clear access, Bermline may be able to complete the job after you approve the written price and access instructions. Indoor pickups require an authorized adult on site unless Bermline confirms another arrangement in writing.
Where does Bermline provide service?
Bermline serves Duval County, Florida, only. We are not scheduling pickups outside Duval County.
When should I use Jacksonville bulk collection instead?
The City of Jacksonville collects many eligible residential bulk items at the curb. That public service may be the better choice when you can move accepted items outside and your schedule is flexible. Bermline is intended for jobs needing labor, indoor pickup, defined timing, or more certainty. Review the city's current bulk-collection rules.
Why can a photo range change at the property?
An initial range can change before the written on-site price when the actual volume, weight, material, labor, or access differs materially from what the photos showed. We confirm the final price on site, in writing, before we touch anything. No surprises after the work begins. Review the pricing explanation for the current assumptions.
What happens to the information I send through the quote form?
Your name, phone number, ZIP code, description, and any photos go to Bermline through our website host, Netlify, and are used only to prepare your quote. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
